Genestra Super DHA Liquid Details
Super DHA Liquid is formulated with a high concentration of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) relative to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) specifically to support cognitive health and brain function. DHA and EPA are essential omega-3 fatty acids. DHA is the most abundant omega-3 in the neural and retinal tissues, and plays an important role in nerve function.
DHA is the primary omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid in the brain. DHA helps to support normal neural membrane function and promotes healthy cognition. In a randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial conducted on 176 healthy young adults, six months of daily supplementation with 1160 mg of DHA supported cognitive function, including working memory and reaction time.
