Each capsule contains a guaranteed minimum 25 billion CFU (colony forming units) and provides two different strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus as well as Bifidobacterium bifidum andBifidobacterium animalis. This probiotic does not contain any Fructooligosaccharides (FOS).
