HMF Candigen is presented as vaginal ovules that provide two strains of Lactobacillus. For maximum benefits, HMF Candigen should be used conjunction with HMF Candigen Cream.
Adults: Use one ovule per day at bedtime or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Remove ovule from blister pack and place into top of applicator. Stand, squat or lie on your back with knees bent. Holding the loaded applicator, gently insert into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. Holding the barrel of the applicator steady, gently depress the plunger until it stops to release the ovule in the vagina. Remove the applicator. Clean the applicator after each use with soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly.
