Do not take Tank-Up in combination with other stimulatory agents, including ephedra, or with products containing caffeine (e.g., coffee, cola, etc.). Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop  symptoms of liver trouble (such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), abdominal or stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite), irritability, insomnia, increased irregular heart rate and rhythm or if symptoms persist or worsen. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection, kidney disorder, iron deficiency, or stomach inflammation, if you are taking anti-depressant medication or if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills.
