    A Must Have

I have been talking this product for many years, and have no desire to ever stop. It certainly took away a lot of aches and pains with it's anti inflammatory effect. An excellent way to get Norwegian Cod Liver oil into my system because I can't stand the taste of taking it without the capsule

    Carlson Cod Liver Oil

A cellular nutritionist informed me that in general we are overdosing on fish oil (omega 3) and it needs to be balanced with 3 times as much evening primrose oil (the omega 6 side). This is based on extensive research done by the late Dr. David Horrobin of the UK. I only take 1 1000 mg gel cap of Carlson Cod Liver Oil Lightly Lemon per day (as opposed to the 3-4 caps that is recommended on the label). I make sure I balance it with 3 1000 mg Efamol brand evening primrose oil per day. It has helped with circulation and brain function. I have been taking these Essential Fatty Acids for several years. Also this cellular nutritionist informed me that the 'super' and 'gems' versions of this fish oil that Carlson makes has been modified and is not a whole triglyceride. He only recommends the regular version that Carlson makes. Works for me.
