        Great for Hair

        This is great to use in a smoothie and adds protein. I actually noticed hair growing in places that had been thinning. In spite of having my hair coloured every 6 weeks and not doing anything special in between, my hair stylist says my hair is incredibly healthy. I believe it has also helped my nails.

        Great product

        I mix it in with a protien shake or in with black coffee, or oatmeal and haven't had any issue with taste at all. But to each their own!

        Sorry - not for me

        I had high hopes for this but I can't stand it. I'm not a coffee drinker so thought I could mix it with tea. It does not mix well and it tastes terrible - I know the other reviews are positive but for any tea drinkers out there - avoid this one. It's a complete waste of money for me.

        Bad tasting!

        Other reviewers have said this product is flavorless but I don't agree. To me, it definitely has a taste as well as an aftertaste which I would describe as "sour" like. I had wanted to mix it in coffee as a convenient way to take but found it impossible because the taste ruined the cup of coffee. I also tried it in tea as well without success. The only way I can tolerate it is to mix it with plain greek yogurt in addition to my vanilla flavored whey protein in order to mask the taste.
