Start the morning right with a 100% Arabica coffee chosen for clean, bright flavor. Combine it with pastured butter or Bulletproof Ghee and Bulletproof Brain Octane for a morning like no other. 1. Start with 8 oz (237 ml) of filtered water, fresh off the boil.

2. Grind Bulletproof Upgraded Coffee Beans.

3. Add 2‑1/2 tablespoons (37 ml) freshly ground Bulletproof Coffee Beans and brew using your favorite method. French Press is Dave's favorite!

4. If you're new to Bulletproof Coffee, add 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Bulletproof Brain Octane to 8 oz (237 ml) of hot coffee. Gradually increase the amount each day to reach 1‑2 tablespoons (15‑30 ml) per cup.

5. Add 1‑2 tablespoons (15‑30 ml) pastured, unsalted butter or Bulletproof Ghee.

6. Mix it all in a blender for 20‑30 seconds until it is frothy.
