Commonly known as sweet wormwood, Qinghao, Artemisia annua has been used as a staple ingredient in Chinese traditional medicine due to its numerous therapeutic properties, with descriptions in texts from 168BC. Artemisinin, the primary component of Artemisia annua, has been widely used as an anti-malarial drug.
Recommended Use: Used in herbal medicine as a bitter tonic, and to enhance digestion.
Recommended Dose: (Adults) Take 1 capsule one to two times daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days. For occasional use only.
