Bel Marra Healthy Colon, 60 Capsules

I was recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Of course, I have all the appropriate mask, tubing and the machine but no one told me having air being forced into your body could also have the side effects of bloating, dehydration and constipation if the air pressure is too high. I learned the hard way that air can and does escape the mask and can and does end up in your stomach and it does pass on down through the colon creating the constipation. I tried everything to remedy the constipation naturally, teas and tinctures but nothing worked and I saw this product here while purchasing other products and thought it was worth a try. It works! I am thrilled. I take it right after my evening meal. There is no cramping or any bowel distress. My mornings have returned to normal.

Use to have major stomach issues digesting, some food were really bad. I have used Healthy Colon for about 7 years or so, It has worked really good. The first time I used Healthy Colon I was told to also use Acidophilus with it, I used the combo for about 2 or 3 months at each meal. Now I use the healthy colon just once a day, OR unless its spicy or dine out food at lunch. But on regular day. Just once a day at supper. Have very little issues since using it. Nice that these guys can get it. Through Bel Marra was nothing but a headache .
