    Great product!

    Because my diet is plant-based, my naturopath recommended this product as a superior vegan source of Omega-3 fatty acids. The Omega-3 available in other vegan sources, such as flaxseed oil, is in the form of ALA which has to be converted by the body into DHA and EPA, and it's not a very efficient process. NutraVege provides these fatty acids as a directly bioavailable source of DHA and EPA. I'm very happy that this product is available, and Vitamart always seems to have the best price.

    Great taste!
