Gymnema-75 is a high-potency extract of Gymnema sylvestre, an herb used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine as Dipana (digestive tonic) to help promote digestion. Recent science recognizes terpenoids called gymnemic acids as the active molecules.

Gymnema sylvestre is a woody branched vine growing in the wild forests of Central and South India.
