    Sleep Aid

    Assisting with issue of insomnia, under the supervision of my Naturopath. Has helped some but not entirely. This brand is the only one that doesn't make me nauseous taking GABA.

    Helps me stay asleep

    I take this every night about an hour or two before i want to sleep. I dont have as much of a problem of falling asleep as staying asleep. When i miss this i often wake up and cant get back to sleep right away

    Not sure if this alone would be effective as I also take 5-htp and Adrenal Pro and Empower Plus Multi Vitamin. I have much more energy and clarity since taking this combination. Feel more positive and confident

    GABA helps calm your mind when you are stressed, can't stop worrying or just can't relax. Doesn't make you drowsy so safe to take as needed. Great product!!!
