The first step in Abio's Perfection routine. A 30ml anti-aging serum carrying the same vectorized complex of vitamin C, marine collagen and hyaluronic acid as the Boost cream, in a lighter format designed to go on first.
Abio's stated purpose: to soften the skin, neutralise free radicals and treat aging skin. The complex is described as having increased penetrating power, specially designed to hydrate the epidermis deeply and give it a more youthful appearance.
Why a serum before a cream? A serum is a thinner, more concentrated delivery vehicle. It goes on to clean skin so the actives reach it directly, and the cream then goes over the top to seal and moisturise. Applying them the other way round defeats the purpose.
