Vitaclub Rewards is Vitamart's free loyalty program that earns you exclusive perks with every purchase.

When does Vitaclub Rewards launch?

Vitaclub Rewards will launch April 24, 2024 at 10am EST.

How do I join Vitaclub Rewards?

Simply register for an account at Vitamart and you are automatically a member of Vitaclub Rewards. It's free and easy to join.

How do I earn Vitaclub Rewards points?

There will be a variety of ways to earn points. Some include purchases, posting reviews, signing up for email/SMS and more!

How do I check my Vitaclub points?

Once you are logged in, your points will show in a couple different places such as the top header of the website, in your Account Details area, and on the Vitaclub Rewards page.

What are my Vitaclub points worth?

1,000 points are worth $1 in store credit at Vitamart.

How do I use my Vitaclub points?

At checkout there will be a payment option for you to apply Vitaclub points to your purchase. You need have a minimum 5,000 points to redeem for reward.

Do my Vitaclub points expire?

Yes, points expire after 12 months.

Do you offer different tiers of Vitaclub Rewards?

Yes! There are bronze, silver and gold Loyalty Tiers. As your yearly purchases add-up you will qualify for higher levels of Loyalty Tiers and additional Vitaclub benefits.
