- ½ cup of Maca Powder
- 1-2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- ½ cup almond butter
- 8 Medjool dates pit removed
- ¾ cup of nuts (walnuts & silvered almonds)

- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- ½ cup of shredded coconut
- ½ cup of rolled oats
