Triphala
Triphala: is an ancient Ayurvedic formula combining Amlalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki fruits. Triphala literally translates as ‘three fruits’. Amalaki fruits are likened to gooseberries and are produced from small trees that are native throughout India. The fruits are a naturally high source of Vitamin C with polyphenols and have a characteristically sour and bitter taste.
Cinnamon
Full of sweet and stimulating essential oils, cinnamon is a long-time favourite for invigorating, warming and generally making life more delicious.
Dandelion
