        Tastes good but 1 gummy contains well over 100% of recommended intake of vitamin C for a child (and for an adult)

        I have anemia because of my Crohn's disease and I take half a gummy (62 mg vitamin C) with every meal to enhance my absorption of iron from food. I already take prescription iron supplements daily with a 1000 mg mega dose of vitamin C, but because my iron levels are still low, I wanted to find another way to increase my iron absorption. I love that these are vegan and taste great, especially the peach flavour. I have not had my blood tested again since I started these, but I am losing less hair, so I assume I am absorbing more iron from meals.

        I dislike that each gummy contains well over 100% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin C for an adult. This is a lot of vitamin C, especially for a child: I imagine that most people purchase these for their children. Luckily, they are easy to cut in half. This makes the bottle last twice as long and reduces unnecessarily high vitamin C intake.
