SISU Supreme Multivitamin Iron Free is a daily multivitamin and mineral for the maintenance of good health, built around a high-potency B complex — 37.5 mg each of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 per capsule — with 125 mg of vitamin C from Ester-C®, vitamins K1 and K2, boron, lutein, citrus bioflavonoids and trace minerals in citrate or chelate form. This version contains no iron, and like all SISU Supreme formulas it leaves out calcium and magnesium so you can take those separately at a proper dose.
