It is more expensive has much less capsules but it works. Has cut and dampen my symptoms in more than half. The previous brand boasted 200 capsules at slightly cheaper price per bottle, but did absolutely nothing but caused me to gag over taking 8-10 capsules a day for no results. Whereas this brand I only take 2 a day and the capsule size is slightly smaller, too.

I wasn't expecting much from this supplement but tried it anyway. I am blown away by the improvement in my hot flashes (fewer and less intense), and the reduction of the muscle pain that has worsened with menopause. I take one capsule every other day (due to kidney disease...I have to be careful with dosages). I am so pleased!
