- Pure Encapsulations probiotics are designed to tolerate three to five days at room temperature without falling below label claim. The ice pack in the probiotics will be warm by the time of arrival, however we have done shipping studies in the heat of the summer months and determined that it protects the probiotics through the shipping process.
