Orange Naturals Stinging Nettle (Root) Details

Stinging nettle root, like saw palmetto, has been used for centuries to help men with urinary complaints. With age, many men have increasing difficulties with urination due to a condition called benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH, which is an enlarged prostate gland. BPH can lead to urinary frequency, urgency, weak flow, incomplete voiding and waking many times during the night to urinate. Stinging nettle root offers relief for these all too common complaints.

For best results, take nettle root on an empty stomach, which means about 15 minutes before a meal or snack, or at least 1 hour after.

Adults 18 and over: take 2.5 ml of Orange Naturals Stinging Nettle (Root), 3 times per day. To dispense, fill the dropper half way, which gives you 1 ml. Repeat to get 2 ml, and the third time, only dispense half of what you pull into the dropper to get the last half ml. 

For best absorption, squirt the tincture under your tongue and hold it there for a few seconds, then swallow. If you want to remove the alcohol, add the dosage to a half cup of boiled water. The alcohol will evaporate off. Let it cool, and add honey or a splash of juice to make a yummy remedy for urinary difficulties!
