NOW Foods Zinc Glycinate is a high quality amino acid chelated zinc supplement that offers 30mg of elemental zinc per softgel. Zinc's biological role in the body is diverse, it plays a role in immune health, neurological health and particularly the endocrine system.
In terms of bioavailability, zinc glycinate is likely the most bioavailable form available on the market. This is due to the amino acid glycine having a particularly low molecular weight and being absorbed from the GI tract well.
