        not so sweet

        I have used essential oils for over 20 years and have tried some other NOW brand essential oils. Most are "okay" This geranium however, is possibly the worst smelling geranium I have ever experienced. It smells like rotten, moldy, much too sickly sweet,vegetation. I have tried blending it but I just can't get past how awful it is.

        I have used many brands of geranium over the years and this is the worst. I simply cannot use it.

        Whether it is too old or too fresh- a bad batch , a cheap source, I do not know. I will keep it a few months and see if it mellows.

        I use other Now brand products and find most of them acceptable and of good quality for the price.

        Love it!

        I use this product in my face creams, the results have been amazing no more boils or acne! Plus it lifts my mood.

        I don't love the smell but I do find that it lifts my mood. I enjoy it more when it is blended with other oils (e.g. Geranium, grapefruit and tangerine). It was the best price for this oil that I could find.
