Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is a common flowering plant found abundantly in all temperate zones of the Northern Hemisphere. Considered by some to be a nuisance weed with no redeeming properties, Dandelion Root is a source of many naturally occurring compounds including carotenoids, fatty acids, flavonoids and phytosterols.
Adult Dosage: Take 6 NOW Dandelion Root 500 mg capsules 3 times daily, with liquid. May be used up to 2 weeks.
