For adults, adolescents, and children 3 and up Dosage: Take 1 NOW Kids Chewable Probiotics, 2 Billion tablet 1 to 3 times daily. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after. Tablet to be chewed or crushed; not to be swallowed whole. Store in refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
