NOW Arginine and Ornithine combines two essential amino acids into one optimal supplement. Arginine is necessary for urea metabolism while Ornithine is synthesized from Arginine and is a precursor of citruline, proline and glutamic acid.
Adult Dosage: Take 2 NOW Sports L-Arginine and L-Ornithine 500 mg/250 mg, Amino Acids capsules 1-3 times daily between meals. Do not use beyond 8 weeks.
