    Tummy troubles

    I suffer from irritable bowel disease. In a recent conversation with a friend I discovered he has the same issues. He mentioned that he had tried a number of things and Psylllium Husk and a Probiotic were really helping him control his stomach. Before the P.H. arrived I took Metamucil pills. The pills worked but not as well as the P.H.I have noticed a dramatic change and feel much more confident when I'm out and about about my ability to control my stomach
