      NFH Magnesium SAP Details

      Magnesium deficiency is one of the most common mineral deficiencies in North America. It can contribute to a multitude of symptoms and long-term health concerns. This deficiency is also commonly seen in alcoholics and patients with diabetes mellitus.

        I use magnesium to help w migraines and back pain, if I am consistent magnesium definitely helps. I notice a difference immediately if I stop taking magnesium or if it’s an inferior brand and not working. This was my first time trying this brand of magnesium and it is working! Definitely recommend and will repurchase. I also love vitamart! I’ve been purchasing their vitamins online for a few years now and their customer service is always top notch.
