Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a galactogogue/lactogogue to help promote breast milk production/secretion. Fenugreek helps to break up congestion as well as improve milk production. Nature's Way has brought together Fenugreek + Blessed Thistle into one easy to swallow tablet ideal for new mothers.
Adults take 4 tablets 2 times per day (or 8 tablets 1 time per day) with adequate fluid before a meal.
