Children 2-4 years old take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once daily. Children 5-9 years old take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) once daily. Adolescents 10-13 years old take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) 1 to 2 times daily.
