Of all Naka's beauty collagens, this is the one we find easiest to defend, because it does not thin the collagen out to make room for the extras. Ten grams of Peptan F per scoop matches the pure marine powder, and the biotin on top is 10,000mcg — the identical amount Naka sells as a standalone high-potency capsule. Three medicinal ingredients, nothing else in the tub. If you were already taking collagen and biotin daily, one scoop is simply tidier.

Two honest caveats. What you give up against the pure marine powder is the 500mg of vitamin C and the 10mg of hyaluronic acid — and vitamin C is no decorative inclusion, since your body cannot assemble collagen of its own without it. And unflavoured is a trade-off rather than a neutral choice: ten grams of unsweetened collagen in warm water tastes of very little, but not of nothing. The label also leaves the servings-per-container figure blank, so we will not guess at a scoop count for you.
