Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts Details
Hemp hearts are the soft inner kernel of the hemp seed, with the hull removed. They need no cooking, grinding or soaking — you spoon them onto whatever you are already eating. A 30g serving carries 10 grams of complete plant protein and a natural 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3, which is close to what nutrition research suggests is ideal.
