Jamieson Prenatal Complete with DHA helps to maintain eyesight, skin, membranes and immune function and in the development and maintenance of night vision. It also helps in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums.
Adult Women: Take 1 Jamieson 100% Complete Prenatal Multivitamin with DHA softgel daily with a meal prior to conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
