Eucalyptus Blue Gum essential oil is used in aromatherapy to soothe respiratory discomfort.

The essential oils have properties to trigger a general feeling of relaxation or, conversely, stimulation. Inhaling the fragrance of essential oil works instantly on our psychological well-being.

HISTORY

An SAnic Australian tree, Eucalyptus -Blue Gum also grows in Europe, Africa and America. It can reach anywhere from 30 to 55 meters in height. The essential oil of Eucalyptus – Blue Gum is known to reduce respiratory distress and is particularly helpful when diffused as winter approaches as it can facilitate breathing.

Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes once a day.

For prolonged use or if symptoms worsen or persist, consult a health care practitioner.
