Botanica Goldenseal Details
A powerful antibacterial and antifungal agent, Goldenseal helps promote healthy mucous membrane tissue. It is useful for upper respiratory infections, and has a long tradition of use as a local antibacterial. Because it is bitter, Goldenseal can also stimulate digestion and absorption.
Take 20-30 drops (1-1.5 mL) of Botanica Goldenseal taken 3 times per day.
