    Works like a charm.

    Unless I’m really sleepy, I go ahead and take a cap of Ortho-Sleep when I head to bed. I am asleep within a half hour - usually less. I am 76 so have to get up for the bathroom but fall back to sleep right away and usually get about 8 hours. I am grateful.

    The Cadillac of sleep aids

    My pharmacist recommended this years ago as the Cadillac of sleep AIds. Mochas I was sceptical it does work. I wake without any hangover effects, it doesn't have any dependencies, If one isn't working I can take another.

    Definitely worth the investment.

    Works well for me

    This is a successful sleep remedy for me. I get sleepy within a half hour of taking one capsule, my brain finally gives up running thoughts and memories, and I get a longer deeper sleep. The price on the 120 capsule size is (currently) a much better 'deal' than the 60 caps.

    Sleep tight!

    It is my understanding that it needs to be taken for a month for it to become effective. I started feeling it after a couple of weeks. I can finally sleep through the night. No more insomnia.
