        Great Butter!

I tried the Almond Butter from various Brands. I like it. But sometimes found it too dry in taste & consistency. I tried Cashew Nut Butter. It was tasty, but on the rich side. Decided to try the blend of the two and "Loved It!" Absolutely my favorite of Nut Butters! It is often very difficult to find the Almond Cashew combination, so I buy the larger Nuts to You Almond Butter and the smaller Cashew...put the contents of both jars in a bowl; take an electric hand mixer, give it a good blend. Then scoop it into a jar. The oil stays nicely mixed in due to the beating process and it fluffs them together. And it stays that way and does not re-separate. It is so much easier to dump the contents of any nut butter, where the oil is separated and on the top, to beat it with a mixer in a bowl and then refill the jar.
