    Castor Oil is a MUST Have.

    I have purchased this product from Vitamart. I have used it when I felt carpel tunnel symptoms in both wrists. I smoothed on my wrists and covered it with cotton socks that I had cut the toes out. I pulled the ankle of the sock up over my elbow on each arm, with my fingers sticking out of the sock toe. I only had to use it two nights in a row before I saw results, and haven't had to use it since.

    Now I have arthritis in my fingers, I bought white cotton gloves, and if the pain is bad I will smear the castor oil on my hands, i.e. like putting on hand cream. I pull on the cotton gloves and go to bed like that. It helps with the soreness.

    (But I quit eating whole grain bread and the difference is visually noticeable as the joint swelling has gone down, and lack of soreness is welcome.)

    I keep Castor Oil on hand just in case.
