      DMG (Dimethylglycine), also known as Pangamic Acid, is a derivative of the amino acid Glycine that can be found in foods such as beans, brown rice and pumpkin seeds. DMG is an important methyl donor that participates in numerous biochemical pathways and is important for glutathione synthesis.* It also helps to promote optimal cellular oxygen utilization and supports the production of cells involved in the immune response.*

        DMG effectiveness

        Of all the supplements you are likely to take, DMG will have the most immediate and effective response. Take one 1 hour before strenuous cardio like hockey or soccer, and you will notice an extraordinary boost in your energy and stamina.

        About the amazing DMG from NOW food

        take after breakfest, after diner and after supper.Some days I forget to take it and easy to see the difference. I take about 8 or 10 different Now product to have a really good help. Almost all need something else to be really good. Like Bone Strengh need Vitamin D to be effective. My days are very long and difficult, I almost never stop. All Now product I try was perfect, I try Organika and nothing. Almost all brand are not effective. Webber's Natural is perfect also. I try easy 30 differents product and almost all brands. In the past I use about 17 differents products at the same time and cost big time money. So I use the best and most necessary. Easy to swallow it's small. Only sic 2 times in 4 years and an half taking all theses Now produts. Without I'm sick 3 times a year so I recover part of the money there. My glucose level is really better using DMG and rarely lightheaded. without I lose capacity really fast, I loose stregnt fast also. Can't live and make my days without it.
