Nasol Directions of Use

Nasol All Natural Nasal Spray with Capsicum should be used as needed for sinus, allergy and headache relief.

2. Spray one into each notril and then sniff up into nasal cavity

3. Use liberally for allergies up to 12 times a day. For sinus problems use 6-12 times a day for 10-14 days.

Detailed Directions for Nasol “All Natural” Nasal Spray

1. Shake well before using.
2. Open the package and remove the blue ring on the sprayer.
3. Push down on the sprayer until a fine mist comes out. Since Nasol is all natural you may use this product liberally up to 12 times a day or when needed.
4. Remove the cap and shake the bottle. The first time you use the pump spray you may have to “prime” it by squirting a few times into the air until a fine mist comes out.
5. Tilt your head forward slightly and breathe out slowly.
6. Hold the pump bottle with your thumb at the bottom and your index and middle fingers on top.
7. Use a finger on your other hand to close your nostril on the side not receiving nasol.
8. Squeeze the pump as you begin to breathe in slowly through your nose.
9. Repeat these steps for the other nostril. If you are using more than one spray in each nostril, follow all these steps again.
10. Try not to sneeze or blow your nose just after using the spray.
