Recommendations for First Time Use:
 
Day 1: Open your pouch and add 1/3 of a scoop (see line on scoop - 3.5 g), of MSPrebiotic to 80 mL (3 oz) of cold water. Mix and consume before the product settles.
 
Day 2: Repeat Day 1 by mixing into 80 mL (3 oz) of cold water and consume.
 
Day 3: Repeat Day 1 by mixing into 80 mL (3 oz) of cold water and consume.
 
Day 4: Add a full scoop (10 g) to 240 mL (8 oz) of cold water and consume before the product settles.
 
Days 5-9: Continue taking one scoop (10 g) of MSPrebiotic in 240 mL (8 oz) of cold water.
 
Days 10+: Maintain 10 g per day or as needed until you reach the desired effects.

    Its not much more than regular potato starch which i can buy much cheaper at bulk barn.
