Jamieson Probiotic Sticks are a convenient and delicious way to ensure you are getting the friendly probiotics you need to help balance intestinal microflora and reduce stress-related gastrointestinal symptoms, such as indigestion and nausea. Probiotic Sticks need no refrigeration, making them perfect for travel.
Directions: Adults and children 3 years and older: Take 1 powder stick daily with a meal. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Simply tear open, pour stick contents directly on your tongue, allowing powder to dissolve and swallow. Do not mix with water. Store between 15°C and 25°C.
