Inari Organic Hulled Millet
Organic millet (hulled) is a mild, digestible grain. It's creamy in colour, round and small -- about one third the size of a peppercorn. It is a complete protein that's rich in lecithin and calcium and it's high in fiber. Millet is also naturally gluten free.

Directions: Bring to boil 1 1/2 parts of water for 1 part of Inari Organic Millet. Add sprinkle of salt, 1 tsp of organic oil. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Suggestion: Hulled millet is a delicious substitute for rice.
