Liposomal means the nutrient is wrapped in microscopic phospholipid spheres (liposomes) that resemble the body’s own cell membranes. The goal is to protect the nutrient through digestion and help it absorb quickly — which is why many Quicksilver liquids are held in the mouth briefly before swallowing.

Glutathione is an antioxidant your cells make naturally, often called the body’s master antioxidant. Taken as a plain capsule it’s largely broken down in digestion, so liposomal delivery is the popular way to supplement it for antioxidant support.

Most are dosed with a pump or spray — you dispense the serving into your mouth, hold it for around 30 seconds, then swallow. Follow the directions on your specific product for the number of pumps and timing.
