LivOn makes Lypo-Spheric supplements, sold as a gel in single-serve packets. In each packet, the nutrient is wrapped in tiny bubbles of fat called liposomes.

These fat bubbles are designed to help carry the nutrient through your gut and into your body. That's why products like these are called "liposomal."

Vitamin C and glutathione

Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C gives 1,000 mg of vitamin C per packet. Lypo-Spheric Glutathione gives 450 mg of glutathione, an antioxidant your body also makes on its own.

How to take it

Squeeze a packet into a small amount of water or juice, stir and drink. Follow the label for how many packets to take each day.
