    Improves skin, nails and hair

    I am 50+ and have dealt with hormonal acne since my teens. When I read that this product was helping high schoolers I gave it a try. Within a week my cystic acne started to dry, with no reoccurrence. Occasionally (every other week) I may have a small whitehead, that leaves no scar. Surprisingly, my nails are growing longer and stronger. Also my hair is growing faster!

    I take 1 pill twice a day with my morning and evening meals. I highly recommend this product as a treatment for overactive sebaceous glands.

    Absolutely Great Results!

    My skin was always prone to acne & breakouts since puberty into adulthood. I did a lot of research & found that B5 works from the inside out to reduce oil production. My skin cleared up completely within a month & I seldom have a breakout. I continue to take them as I was also anemic & they boosted my energy level & stamina. I can't say enough positives about this product & the price is half of what the health stores are selling it for.

    B5: Healing Skin Inside-Out

    Take 500mg daily with my B-Complex Vitamin for skin acne, it took 3 weeks to visibly notice a difference in reduced blemish break-outs.

    My weekly treatment: break one capsule and mix with 1-2 teaspoon borage oil and apply to face and blemishes, it tingles (acts like an antibiotic), leave on for as long as you want (I try for an hour to allow time for borage oil to absorb) wash off. NOTICEABLY reduced blemish healing time and left problem areas smoother and less flaky and plus was overall skin felt smoother/softer.
