As a prebiotic, Inulin stimulates the growth of friendly and healthy intestinal bacteria which supports good colon health.     Happy with this product

    Seems effective in stopping the hunger pangs. Only "negative" if you will is when Inulin should be taken if you're on regular medications.That being said, it's certainly adaptable to take as needed.
