Prairie Naturals Z-Mag Force is a ZMA-style mineral formula that combines zinc, magnesium and active vitamin B6 (P-5-P) with holy basil. Each vegetable capsule provides 225 mg of magnesium (from L-aspartate and oxide), 15 mg of elemental zinc (from zinc L-carnosine), 5 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate and 50 mg of holy basil leaf extract standardized to 2% ursolic acid. It helps to maintain proper muscle function, helps in energy metabolism and tissue formation, and helps to maintain immune function. Non-GMO, dairy-free and gluten-free.
