The arithmetic first, because it is the thing most collagen listings leave out. Each tablet is 1000mg of collagen; the label dose of two to three tablets twice a day comes to 4000mg to 6000mg. One scoop of the Naka marine powder is 10,000mg, so ten tablets equal a scoop. Per gram of collagen, the powder is the better buy by a wide margin, and we would rather you heard that from us than worked it out after the fact.

What this tablet is genuinely good at is being taken. Collagen only works over months, and a bottle you carry beats a tub you abandon in February.
