Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex Liquid Details

Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex Liquid is a B complex you pour rather than swallow — one tablespoon (15 ml) of orange-flavoured liquid suspension per day delivers 50 mg each of B1, B2 and B5, 100 mg of niacinamide, 1000 mcg of methylcobalamin B12, plus folate, biotin, choline and inositol. Naka's argument for the format is straightforward: a liquid suspension provides far greater absorption and bioavailability than capsules and tablets, and this formula is higher in vitamin B12 than most comparable products.

Each B vitamin does its own job — releasing energy from carbohydrate, fat and protein, supporting red blood cell and tissue formation, keeping the nervous system supplied — but they complement one another and work as a group, which is why they are normally taken together. The 600 ml bonus bottle is 40 days at the label serving. Made in Canada.

Who This B50 Liquid Is For

  • Anyone who will not reliably swallow a capsule — the most common reason a B complex goes unfinished
  • People who want a high B12 inside their complex rather than buying a separate B12 bottle
  • Those who prefer to adjust the amount: half a tablespoon is a straightforward half dose
  • Shoppers who want niacinamide instead of nicotinic acid, so the flush is not part of the deal
  • People who find high-potency capsules sit heavily and would rather take their Bs with food in liquid form

Who this product is NOT for: Read the B6 line before you buy. At 1000 mcg — one milligram — the B6 here is a fraction of what a B 50 label normally implies, so if B6 is specifically what you are after, Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex High Potency capsules or a dedicated B6 are better matched. If you want activated forms throughout rather than only for B12, Naka BioMax Methylated Liquid B-Complex is the liquid to choose. And if you want the highest potency Naka builds, with adaptogens in the mix, that is Naka Platinum Pro BioMax.

Vitamart's Take

This is the B complex we point people to when the real problem is compliance, not formulation. A 600 ml bottle of orange liquid on the kitchen counter gets taken; a bottle of capsules in a cupboard often does not. The 1000 mcg of methylcobalamin is genuinely unusual inside a complex at this price level — most pack a token amount of cyanocobalamin — and the niacinamide B3 means no flush to talk yourself through.

We will not pretend the panel is uniform, though. Thiamine HCl and pyridoxine HCl are the standard, lower-cost forms rather than benfotiamine and P5P, the B6 at 1 mg is well under what the name suggests, and folate is listed at 75 mcg, which is modest. The biotin figure on Naka's panel does not look right to us, so we have left it off the table above rather than print a number we cannot stand behind — check the bottle if biotin is your reason for buying. Buy this for the format, the B12 and the easy daily habit — not because it beats a capsule complex milligram for milligram.

How This B50 Liquid Compares

Naka's B complexes split three ways: potency, which forms of each vitamin are used, and capsule versus liquid.

  • Versus Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex High Potency: The capsule version of the same B 50 idea, with 50 mg B vitamins and 250 mcg of B12 across 90 capsules — more compact, but this liquid carries four times the B12.
  • Versus Naka Herbs Nutri B100 Complex: Double the potency in a vegetable capsule. Choose B100 if you have decided you want the high end; B50 is the general daily level.
  • Versus Naka BioMax Methylated Liquid B-Complex: Also a liquid, but built around activated forms across the board rather than just B12. That is the one to pick if methylated forms are the reason you are shopping.
  • Versus a multivitamin: A multi spreads itself across vitamins A to K and the minerals, so its B levels are a fraction of this. A B complex is the tool when the Bs are the point.

Why Take a B Complex as a Liquid?

A capsule has to do two things before anything is absorbed: break open, and let its contents dissolve. B vitamins are water-soluble, so dissolving is not usually the hard part — but it still has to happen in the stomach, at whatever rate the capsule shell and the packed powder allow. A liquid suspension arrives already dispersed, which removes that step entirely and is the basis of Naka's claim that the format absorbs better than capsules and tablets.

The second advantage is one nobody advertises: a liquid can be divided. Because the body cannot store the B vitamins, large single doses are largely passed in urine, and spreading intake across the day keeps more of it usable — half a tablespoon in the morning and half later, with nothing to cut. The practical catch is the taste, which here is orange built on stevia leaf and xylitol with a licorice note behind it.

How To Use

Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day. Take with food.

Frequently Asked Questions

➕ Why is the B6 only 1000 mcg when everything else is 50 mg?
That is what Naka's panel lists — 1000 mcg, or 1 mg, of pyridoxine HCl. It is the one place this formula does not match the B 50 pattern, so if B6 is your priority, choose a different product.
➕ Will this turn my urine bright yellow?
Almost certainly. That is the riboflavin — vitamin B2 — at 50 mg, and the excess colours urine on its way out. It is expected with any B complex at this level.
➕ Do I still need a separate B12?
Usually not. At 1000 mcg of methylcobalamin per serving, this carries as much B12 as many standalone B12 supplements, which is the claim Naka makes for it.
➕ Is the niacin the kind that causes flushing?
No — the B3 here is niacinamide, the form chosen specifically because it does not produce the warm skin flush that nicotinic acid can.
➕ What does it taste like, and can I mix it into something?
Natural orange, sweetened with stevia leaf and xylitol, with licorice flavour in the base. Many people take it straight off the spoon with food; stirring it into juice or water works just as well.
➕ How long does the 600 ml bottle last?
Forty days at one tablespoon daily. The 600 ml bonus size is the better value per serving when you are taking it every day.
